Tom graduated from Parsons School of Design with a BFA and earned his MFA from Syracuse University. He has illustrated for national and international magazines, advertising agencies, and publishing houses. Tom's military aviation paintings of vintage warplanes are known for their dynamic compositions. His work is held in both private and public collections.
